We deliver within a 10 mile radius of Welwyn Garden City as part of our standard delivery and collection charge. We will consider delivering beyond that but please contact us prior to booking. See map.
We have public liability insurance of £5 million. Safety and insurance documents are available on request.
Yes, our equipment is checked after every hire to ensure it is clean. If you make a mess on our equipment, we ask that you clean it up as quickly and safely as possible. A cleaning charge may be incurred if there is substantial mess.
We work closely with you to meet your needs. When placing a booking it is helpful to write in the delivery notes section the required time of delivery and collection. We can provide a trailer to the venue if that is what is required. There is the option of self collection if that suits also.
You can book online and choose to either pay a 20% deposit at the time of booking. You can pay the balance on the day. For self collection you would have to pay the balance online. For delivery you can either pay the balance online or pay cash on delivery.
You can make a saving by paying for your booking in one go. We give a 5% discount passing the saving on to you.

It is very rare for us to cancel a booking, If a booking was to be cancelled due to unforeseeable reasons out of our control,
A full refund of any monies or a deposit paid, reasons may include:- vehicle breakdown, damaged or broken equipment, Adverse weather conditions meaning that we cannot deliver.
This excludes reasons, such as the area is too small to to erect the inflatable/equipment safely, wrong surface type as these are confirmed before booking and are down to client to check.
Cancellation by the Client
All cancellation must be made over the phone.
All cancellations will then be confirmed in writing via email, this must be kept as proof of your cancellation.
Cancellations can not be taken by voice mail, email, text ,social media or any other methods.
booking fees or any other payments made will not be refundable and would be lost in the event of cancellation.
For bookings with outstanding balances the following charges will be due.
Cancellation On Orders under £100.00
Cancellation On the day or 24hrs beforehand- 100% payable
Cancellation 60 days to 24 hrs beforehand – will lose their booking fee.
Cancellation on orders over £100.00
Cancellation up to 14 days before your event/party any deposit is non refundable or 20% of the original booking cost in the event the entire amount has been paid.
Cancellation within 7 Days before the party/event the hirer is liable for 50% of the hire charge ,
Cancellation between 6 and 3 days the hire is liable for 75% of the hire charge
Cancellation within 48hrs of the party/event the hirer will be liable for 100% of the full hire charge.
Yes, as we are a registered childrens’ charity we conduct a Criminal Records Bureau that auto renews each year. This documentation is available on request.
Self Collection explained
Should I choose self collection?
It is a good way of saving money if you have a large car and are prepared to collect the equipment yourself.
Where do I collect it from?
Our Packages are kept in a Self Storage Unit in Welwyn Garden City near to the train station.
How does it work?
You simply book your package online and we will prepare it ready for you to collect. If it is booked out the day before we will let you know when it will be ready for you to collect. If it is booked out the following day we will let you know what time it needs to be back by.
Booked out the day before = collection available the evening before from 8pm.
When can I collect my package?
Booked out the day before = collection available the evening before your booking date from 7:30pm. Not booked out the day before = collection available that afternoon.. we will let you know what time from, most likely from 1pm.
When do I have to return my package?
Booked out the following day = we will let you know this and ask that it is returned by 7pm to allow us to check and prepare it for the next customer.
Not booked out the following day = we will let you know that we are not in a rush to get it back and you can return it at your convenience that evening or the following morning. As the self storage facility is accessible 24hrs then you can do it at a time that suits you.
Do I have to meet someone to collect?
No, you will be emailed and text with the instructions and code to enter the storage centre. It is a straight forward process and your items will be in one place making it easy to collect. There are trolleys and a loading bay for your car.
Can I pay cash on the day?
No. If you have placed a 20% deposit on your package then you will be required to pay the balance prior to being sent the access codes for the storage centre. As you will not meet our staff there is no facility to pay cash on the day.
